Governments are “flying blind” when it comes to COVID breakthrough case rates. More than 4,100 people have been hospitalized or died from COVID in the U.S. despite being fully vaccinated, according to data released by the CDC in July. A breakthrough case is where someone tests positive two weeks after receiving their second shot.
According to the CDC’s website, statistics on COVID vaccine breakthrough infections are probably significantly ‘under-estimated’ as reporting on the issue is voluntary. All of which raises a number of questions governments need to answer. Firstly, what is the plan if it turns out that a 70 to 80% vaccination rate, has no actual effect on the transmission or infection rate of the virus? And secondly, why is the world going through widespread outbreaks of the Delta variant when so many people, especially in other countries, have been fully vaccinated?
In Israel, of 514 patients hospitalized with COVID as of Aug. 15, 60% were recorded as being fully vaccinated. This is according to an article in Science citing national data tracked by Israel’s largest health management agency. Such figures suggest ‘breakthrough’ infections may be much more common than we are being told. Israel has one of the world’s highest COVID vaccination levels with 78% of the population over age 12 fully vaccinated. It also now has one of the highest infection rates in the world.
Another study, this one published in the Lancet on 10 August by the prestigious Oxford University Clinical Research Group, shows people who are vaccinated against COVID are also more susceptible to the Delta variant. The paper revealed there had been widespread vaccine failure and transmission under tightly controlled ‘hospital lockdown’ conditions in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The study found vaccinated people carried 251 times the load of COVID-19 viruses in their nostrils, compared to unvaccinated people. It also found that vaccinated workers were still getting COVID, and were transmitting it to one another, during the lockdown period. The data matches a CDC study, released on 30 July, which shows that vaccinated people may be transmitting the Delta variant just as easily as the unvaccinated.
Does this mean that vaccinated people are playing a key role in the evolution and transmission of COVID variants? No-one knows for sure, because as of 1 May the CDC announced suddenly that it
would no longer track ‘breakthrough’ cases, except those resulting in hospitalisations or deaths. In Australia, no-one seems to be tracking ‘breakthrough’ cases either.
As one epidemiologist said, “basically we are flying blind” when it “comes to understanding the true impact of vaccines on transmissibility, or on the sudden spread of new variants everywhere”.
That such vital data is not being tracked by government, or at least has not been made publicly available, is absolutely disgraceful.

A new front in an old war heats up – the battle of Australia’s “Haves” and “Have-Nots”. People who were at last weekend’s “Freedom Rally” in Brisbane, tell me that close to 15,000 people were there. That’s an incredible ‘turn out’, especially when you consider many more would have been there if they had known about it.
That’s the thing. With social media and the internet so heavily policed nowadays, organisers are being forced to rely on ‘word of mouth’, community group networks and public notice boards to spread the word. Of course, the mainstream media ran ‘defence’ for authorities again, playing the whole thing down and discrediting protestors any way they could.
“It is difficult to learn who called the rallies”, one journalist sniffed, “but police believe they are being organised on social media BY OVERSEAS ANTI-COVID VACCINATION GROUPS trying to gain traction in Australia”.
For sheer idiocy, the old “foreign interference” line is hard to beat.
The ‘journalist’, who said he didn’t bother to actually attend the event himself, wrote the account almost exclusively on the back of official “police reports”.
It seems that in today’s ‘bizarro’ world, police sources and government bureaucrats are always accepted by the Press as 100% credible and ‘trustworthy’, while the words of ordinary people, are routinely dismissed and silenced.
It is hard to fathom the thinking of these politicians and ‘journalists’ who can watch tens of thousands of ordinary Australians, many of whom have never disobeyed a rule or law in their lives, take to the streets to voice their concerns, and offer nothing but sneers and derision in response.
Saturday’s Rally, like so many others we see happening around the world, was attended by ordinary Australians, who came from all walks of life, culture, faith and background to march peacefully in solidarity and ‘common cause’ with each other.
That’s what TRUE ‘grassroots’ movements looks like. That’s what democracy looks like – or used to.
As the politician, Kevin Andrews, wrote last week, this is starting to become a movement of the people against a ‘privileged’ and increasingly authoritarian elite.

A First Nations’ Speaker at the Rally, called it a “great Rising” of the poor and downtrodden, against those who have “never struggled” or worked just to put food on the table.
To keep dismissing these protests as the rantings of “Trumpers” and “Anti-Vaxxers” could very well be the biggest mistake Australia’s governing classes ever make.
These are REAL people, with REAL problems and REAL grievances.
They deserve to be heard.
Many have lost everything – their jobs, their businesses, their freedoms, not to mention all the hopes and dreams they once had for their futures.
And they are being sneered at, insulted and treated like dirt by those who hold power over them.
All I can say is that governments who sow division and enmity within a population, by setting one ‘majority’ group against a marginalised ‘outgroup’, has rarely ended well in history.
I suspect this time will be no different.

WHY ARE AUSTRALIANS BEING DENIED ‘ALTERNATIVE OPTIONS’ WHEN IT COMES TO COVID-19 VACCINES?
With a large number of Australians starting to feel very frightened and distrustful of their governments, the locally-made coronavirus vaccine, COVAX-19, could be the ‘safe and effective’ alternative many have been desperately looking for. Why then, is the Australian government and medical establishment refusing to provide support or critical funding to the Australian researchers, who are now far advanced in developing a vaccine that sidesteps a number of issues plaguing the gene-based technology of Pfizer and AstraZeneca?
COVAX-19 is a ‘protein based’ vaccine that uses technology which has been successfully applied in the development of vaccines and therapeutics for many years. It is a vaccine that does NOT use mRNA or DNA technology so will NOT interfere with your body’s genetic make-up, the way the other gene-based vaccines do. Crucially for many, COVAX-19 contains NO aborted foetal cells and NO graphene toxins. The vaccine also requires none of the complicated storage requirements of Pfizer, can be manufactured at scale and possibly cheaper than what the Government is now paying for its Big Pharma products.
Currently, Australia is using just two vaccines – Pfizer and AstraZeneca. Both use gene-based technologies which are completely unlike any of the vaccines Australians are familiar with or trust. This has caused massive “vaccine hesitancy” amongst the population – all of whom are understandably very wary of what they choose to put in their bodies.
COVAX-19 gives these people a much needed ‘option’ or ‘choice’, which so far has been completely missing in the whole ‘vaccination’ debate. Lead researcher and Professor of Medicine, Nikolai Petrovsky, has said that COVAX-19 has completed its animal trials, and that the results proved “safe and effective”. The vaccine is now going through the final stages of its human clinical trials, with early results showing promising results concerning efficacy rates, and indications it may also prevent transmission of COVID-19 and all its variants.
Professor Petrovsky said that with the right support from government, the vaccine could even be approved by the end of this year.
All of which begs a number of questions: –
– Why aren’t Australians being told that alternatives to mRNA and gene-based vaccines exist, with a local one even nearing completion?
– Why is the Government providing NO funding or support to this important alternative to mRNA vaccine being developed by a reputable and long-standing Australian company? and
– Why is the Queensland Health Minister prepared to ‘petition’ Morrison’s LNP for additional ‘phone carriage’ services so that Telehealth can provide euthanasia and assisted suicide to those living in rural and remote areas, but refuse point blank to ‘petition’ the Commonwealth for Queenslanders to be given ‘alternative’ vaccine options, which could actually save lives NOT end them?

Following is a copy of Stephen Andrew’s letter to the Chief Health Officer and Minister for Health regarding a safer vaccine option.

 

Dear Dr. Young and Minister for Health,

RE:          Flinders University vaccine with outstanding protection

As the Member for Mirani and Health Committee Member, I would like to put the following on the record for Public Scrutiny and evaluation during this time of “unprecedented COVID-19 emergency powers” and the limited choice in which people have concerning the vaccines and personal health choices that surround these limited options. While I note that the state government is not responsible for the roll-out of vaccines for COVID-19, I am concerned by the national approach to vaccine development and the vaccination program in this state. At the recent estimates hearing I asked about the Queensland Institute of Medical Research’s (QIMR) and Government involvement in vaccine development and if the QIMR had collaborated with Flinders University. QIMR confirmed that they were not currently engaged in developing vaccines for COVID-19.

Mr ANDREW: Professor, are you aware of any other Australian protein based vaccines that could be effective against COVID-19? Have you reached out to anyone within the Australian community who develops vaccines about that?

Prof. Mackay: I have not had a recent update on the vaccines that are specific for COVID-19. I know that our colleagues and collaborators at UQ are still working on their current prototype vaccines. There are other people in Australia working on prototype vaccines for COVID-19. We can offer a facility—it is a high-containment facility—where we can work on COVID-19. Certainly, through collaboration, we can help those programs and check the efficacy of those vaccines.

Mr ANDREW: Have you worked with Flinders University in the past?

Prof. Mackay: Not yet. We do not currently have a collaboration with them, but we have heard about their work.

As per my questions on the 30th of July (extract attached), in a case of emergency I would have thought that the Queensland Government would take very seriously all correspondence concerning safe and effective vaccines. I was made aware that a Mr. Petrovsky sent an email (refer email below) to the Health Ministers Office Wednesday, 21st July 2021 2:33 PM (pre-estimates) seemed to be either missed or not taken into consideration pre estimates as it seemed the Government and associated Departments were not made aware of this important information concerning this Australian technological breakthrough concerning a vaccine alternative.

Why was this not taken seriously, in a “State of Emergency”? Why wasn’t genuine consideration given to what could possibly turn the tide concerning vaccinations thus allowing normality back to our State and Country? Surely Queensland and indeed Australia would embrace this vaccine, a trusted traditional vaccine that requires no special temperature storage, a safe long-term option that can be altered against mutations in days.

Below, I include recommendations included in an email from Mr. Petrovsky outlining funding and Governmental assistance that is required. I implore the Chief Health Officer and Health Minister to act on this in earnest.

Critical information: Phase 2 clinical trial has shown that the vaccine is well tolerated, we need resources from the Australian Government that will enable us to quickly have this vaccine out to give the Australian public a safe choice.

Protein vaccines have been around for over fifteen (15) years and are known to be well tolerated and effective. It is unethical to offer a vaccine with known side effects if there is a safer alternative.

Resources could look like:

  • A pre-purchase contract with the same Terms as Qld and CSL were given.
  • CSL helping us to manufacturer – not that they have protein vaccine capabilities at the moment.
  • Building a manufacturing plant in South Australia or Queensland to manufacture protein vaccines.
  • Waiving the TGA fee for regulatory approval.
  • Funding a Regulatory Consultant to help navigate the approval process.
  • Give Mr. Petrovsky priority process through the AQIS system – which holds up and sends back numerous products that continually delay his team’s research.
  • Lobby Flinders University for more laboratory space – as they are about to close one of their laboratories for three months but can’t find alternative space which will mean further delays.
  • Have Queensland incentivise Vaxine Pty Ltd to move to Brisbane. So, Qld can claim an Australian Vaccine.
  • Just endorsing Mr. Petrovsky would help him develop this vaccine overseas which means he could bring it home quickly. (It needs to be tested in countries with high virus rates).

I respectfully request you give this your utmost attention and provide a response urgently.

Stephen Andrew: To destabilise the world even further, others would let terror reign supreme. It is absolutely terrible these Afghan People have been abandoned and their County and freedom taken, it’s even more terrible when the US government are said to have left weapons and night vision optics by the conex container in Afghanistan? It seems only ITAR only matters if you’re a civilian?
Or is it just coincidence? I’m not thinking so…..
It’s so convenient, it’s just amazing as we lose all human rights through lockdowns and now we are in the thick of the reinstatement of other Nations human rights who have been left out to dry by the so called “Bringers of peace”. That world institution that tells us how to live, how to eat and set carbon targets, but they themselves, have never delivered so called peace, or stemmed the rise of terrorism that anyone can recall?
It’s becoming diabolical, wave after wave of dismantling our once great Nation, it’s coming folks, let’s just see how this pans out.

Which seemingly normal practices, commercial freedoms are going to be written off today? It seems that the retail sale of firearms is ok but you cannot ship them any more if your involvement is with retail customers.
Given the fact we have strict compliance criteria one would think shipping dealer to dealer would be acceptable but alas, they are involved in retail so it’s a no go zone either but you can ship from wholesalers to dealerships? Dealerships are retail, thus the supply and parts chain is broken. What if you ship other goods, nope still not allowed because you retail firearms.
Are you actually seeing this?
I lost freight and finance in 2 Months. They are shutting finance and international transfers down as well. So commerce and trading weapons is now being treated as “too risky” to continue to do business with, what’s next; red meat, cows milk, fossil fuels or parts for farm equipment?
The silent war war on certain things seem to be alive and well, where is it coming from, nobody seems to know, they just know your account is closed as of the end of the month.
The 64 Million $$ question. ..what part of our seemingly normal society, trade or practices will be the next “Shot Duck”?
